- This site shares travel ideas and connects you with a human advisor — it's not a booking engine and doesn't guarantee any specific trip, price, or offer (Sections 1–2).
- When you book, that booking is made through Famvia Travel and the relevant suppliers, under their terms — not ours (Section 3).
- You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, reviewing your confirmations, and having the documents and insurance your trip requires (Section 4).
- We limit our liability to the extent the law allows, since prices, availability, and travel conditions come from third parties and can change (Section 6).

triptheory.co ("triptheory.co", "we", "us", "our") operates this website to provide travel-related information and to connect you with a travel advisor. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the site.

triptheory.co operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Famvia Travel Inc. ("Famvia"), a host travel agency that provides the booking infrastructure, tools, and support we use.
When you move forward with a booking, your trip is arranged through Famvia and/or directly with travel suppliers (cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and similar providers). The contract for your travel is between you and Famvia and/or the relevant supplier — not triptheory.co alone. Your booking is subject to their payment, change, cancellation, and refund policies, along with any other conditions of carriage or stay.

4. Your responsibilities and site accuracy
Some things are your responsibility, not ours: making sure the names, dates, passport details, and other information you provide are complete and accurate; carefully reviewing every confirmation, itinerary, and invoice from Famvia and the travel suppliers and alerting us promptly to any errors; having the passports, visas, health documents, insurance, and other approvals your trip requires; and confirming that a trip or activity is appropriate for your health, mobility, and comfort level.
Some information on this site comes from third parties (travel suppliers, tourism boards, and similar sources) that we don't control, and can't guarantee is always accurate or current. Prices, availability, schedules, and offers are subject to change at any time. Use the site's content at your own discretion, and verify anything important directly with Famvia, the supplier, or an official source before relying on it.
5. Intellectual property
The text, images, and design on this site belong to triptheory.co unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, republish, or use our content or branding — including in any way that suggests an endorsement or partnership that doesn't exist — for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

If we are found liable to you for any reason, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid directly to triptheory.co for advisory services related to the claim, or, if no such amount was paid, to a reasonable fixed sum as allowed by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

This site may link to third-party websites, including Famvia and various travel suppliers, for your convenience. We don't control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
